2) What we collect

- Social/lead sources: information submitted through Meta Instant Forms, Instagram lead forms, Messenger, WhatsApp, or website forms.
- Payment and billing: limited transaction metadata from our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers on Petfolk systems.
- Business contacts: franchise inquiries, partnerships, and vendor details.
Sensitive information: We do not intentionally collect sensitive categories (e.g., health, financial, government IDs) via lead forms. Do not submit such information through our forms.
3) How we collect it
- Directly from forms: website forms, Meta Instant Forms, WhatsApp, Messenger, SMS, phone, or email.
- Automated technologies: cookies, Meta Pixel/Conversions API, analytics tags.
- Third parties and integrators: ads platforms, CRM, email/SMS tools, scheduling/payment providers.
4) Why we use it (purposes)
- Provide services: respond to inquiries, schedule appointments, deliver grooming services, customer support.
- Quotes and follow-ups: provide estimates, confirm bookings, send reminders and updates.
- Marketing and personalization: send offers and updates (with consent where required), retargeting, interest-based advertising, lookalike audiences, frequency capping.

When submitting a Meta Instant Form:
- The information is provided to Petfolk to contact about services, quotes, bookings, and offers.

- Submission is voluntary; decline if consent is not provided or if local law requires consent that is not granted.
- Manage preferences anytime via unsubscribe links, by replying STOP for SMS where available, or by contacting [privacy@petfolk.in].

We implement technical and organizational measures appropriate to the risk, including encryption in transit, access controls, and regular reviews. No method is 100% secure; please use caution when transmitting information online.
14) Third-party sites and platforms
Our site and forms may link to third-party websites or platforms (e.g., Meta, WhatsApp, payment providers). Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
